Unlike other women of her age, Beverly D’Angelo appears with a very fresh look and free from wrinkles or small line around her face. If I need to guess, she seems to have had Botox or facelift to tighten and smooth out her facial skin.

In addition to having Botox or a facelift, it is likely she has also had a dermal injection to her lips, as her new lips appear slightly plumper than before. Moreover, in some photos, we can also notice that her eyes look fresher than before, which indicates that she is possibly having a brow lift to create such a fresher & youthful look.
