Paula White plastic surgery scandal is just a small part of a rather interesting saga that began with accusations of theft and embezzlement. This very popular televangelist and life coach is the former wife of Randy White, who is also a ministry leader. Bishop White reportedly accused his wife of stealing 2 million dollars worth of equipment to support her shopping and plastic surgery addiction.
Many assume Paula White was driven to cosmetic surgery by the constant pressure to look good in the pulpit and on TV since her preaching is widely televised. Based on a number of photos of White that were published online, it is apparent that she had a number of things done, not the least of which are facelift, cheek implants, lip fillers, and Botox around the eyes. Her before and after photos clearly delineated how much her appearance has changed over the past decade or so. Some would go so far as to say that she looks nothing like her pre-surgery self, which is like saying her face looks completely artificial now.
What is worrisome is the fact that while Paula is indulging her whims, her stepdaughter was terminally ill, which in turn caused her to take a lot of heat not only from critics, but also some of her evangelical followers. It has also been reported that White has been struggling with severe depression, which she attempted to remedy by undergoing cosmetic procedures. With every change that was made possible by surgery, Paula became even more depressed due to the criticisms she received from people.
After her divorce from Randy White was finalized, Paula White reportedly continued to have procedures done, apart from the maintenance Botox injections she receives every few months in order to keep her face from reverting to its old form.
